Controller states the aircraft is in storage and hangared; last flown in March 1996 and stopped flying after a belly landing and propeller strike. It has complete logs. Engine: Lycoming O-540-E4A5, engine serial L-12460-40, 256.44 HP, 487 hours SNEW, TBO 2,000 hours; listing notes shock-load inspection completed by Aermeccanica, overhauled magnetos and carburetor, and replaced oil pump in March 2003. Propeller: Hartzell HC-C2YK-1BF, 2-blade aluminum, 487 SMOH; prop notes state overhaul October 30, 2002 and inspection after long storage March 15, 2005. Annual inspection and Airworthiness Review Certificate expired.
